| Step 1: Redesign Consultation |

| We will conduct a two hour home visit to share ideas for transforming it into an updated living space. Afterwards you will receive written recommendations regarding our transformation strategy, which could include painting, updating flooring and lighting fixtures, furniture editing and arrangement, and adding new accessories. |

| Step 2: Physical Condition Work |
|
| Next, you can choose to execute the tasks recommended in Step 1 to update the physical condition of your home. We can provide referrals for profesional painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other tradesmen you may need. If the
selection of specific paint colors, new accessories and furniture, and/or the
re-arrangement of furniture is desired, you can choose a complete “Homeowner's Redesign” (starting with Step 3.) |

| Step 3: Design & Budget Meeting |
|
| During this visit to your home, we will share photos and ideas to determine your design style and budget. Our collaborative process will determine your desired level of interaction with the sourcing of any new furniture and accessories. Our design expertise will pull together all new furnishings (regardless of who first discovers them,) for a fresh affordable look that you will enjoy! |

| Step 4: Staging for Living |
|
| New Vistas can stage your home by using your existing furniture and accessories, rearranging if needed, to showcase your home’s architectural features, visually maximize the space, and create a new look that feels like home. We can also recommend, source and stage new furniture and accessories, as well as select paint colors from today’s color schemes. Enjoy these home design services for a few rooms or your entire house! |
