| We will tour your home with you for two hours for a full assessment of what needs to be done to present your house in the best market-ready condition. You will be provided written recommendations regarding our strategy for the broadest appeal, which could include painting, decluttering, updating flooring and lighting fixtures, and furniture and accessory arrangement. |

| Staging for Occupied Homes |

| We can stage your home by using your existing furniture and accessories, rearranging as necessary to showcase your home’s architectural features, visually maximize the space, and create appeal for the broadest number of potential customers. You can also choose to supplement with reasonably-priced rental furnishings recommended from our inventory. |

| Staging for Vacant Homes |

| Many home buyers find it difficult to visualize living in empty rooms, as these spaces lack depth, purpose, and
ambience. When staging a house, we will use our expertise to furnish vacant rooms with the right furniture, accessories, and artwork to create an appealing atmosphere in which buyers can imagine themselves living. Staged homes spend less time on the market and sell for more money than vacant homes. |
