| Step 2: Physical Condition Work |

| Next as the knowledgeable homeowner, you will be able to confidently execute the tasks recommended in Step 1 to prepare your house for market. If service professionals are required, we can provide referrals for painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other skilled craftsmen you may need. |
